Bangkok ̶ Dr. Suriya Poolvoralaks, Managing Director of Major Development Public Company Limited (Center) and Mr. Yaacov Ben-Moshe, Director of Major Residences Company Limited , along with executives of allied companies, namely, Mr. Santi Hemwattana, Managing Director of Pornphranakorn, Dr. Pongsathorn Tharachai, CEO of Project Planning Services Public Company Limited and Mr. Veerachai Borirajdachakul, Manager Director of Bewtech company limited, together inspected the progress of the construction of “MUNIQ SUKHUMVIT 23”, luxury condominium under the management of Major Development. The project is located in premium location of Asoke - Sukhumvit, 300 meters from Asoke BTS and 200 from Sukhumvit MRT and designed to cater to the urban millennial lifestyle. MUNIQ SUKHUMVIT 23 is currently 80% sold and will be ready for ownership handover in at the beginning of 2020. The inspection took place at the peak of the highest floor of MUNIQ SUKHUMVIT 23 the backdrop of panoramic views of Bangkok’s skyline on September 9, 2019.
