MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED and companies in its group (“Major Group”), as a real estate developer and real estate marketing and any other tasks, related to companies in Major Group hereinafter referred to as “Major Development” including joint ventures and/or partners. Major Development aware of the importance of Personal Data Protection for the customers, the shareholders, Major’s staff, and any other staff related to Major Development. Because of the Personal Data Protection is a part of social responsibility and compliance with the law including respecting of the individual personal right. Thus, to ensure that your Personal Data is protected as required by law while visiting our real estate of “Major Group” including a reservation, a sale and purchase agreement, residing, after-sales service, for example, request for a claim during the warranty period, maintenance request, joining a marketing event, offering promotions and information, and other services related to “Major Group” project. 19) Location while using the website, in case turn on the GPS, it shall be deemed you give full of consent to us to collect and process your data while using the website, however, if you wish to conceal this information, you can install the program or turn off the GPS on your mobile phone.

This Personal Data Protection Policy of MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED is used for your Personal Data given to us both offline and online such as visiting our projects, websites, applications, social media (“Platform”) that made for searching, visiting, using products, and our services. For Example, condominiums, detached houses, townhomes, commercial buildings, and other projects, news, promotions, any activities concerning products, and services, Major Prestige and including collection of the Personal Data through other channels of Major Development, such as electronics, documents, verbal communication, or partners/other service providers, such as Facebook and Line Application for making your profiles and agent, etc.
Major Development shall collect your Personal Data only for reasonably necessary or to fulfill the purpose to collect the Personal Data as required by law. Major Development may retain the data to become the anonymous data that cannot identify the data subject.

2.The purpose of the Personal Data Processing

Major Development is a data controller for the purpose and lawful basis as follows:
1) For communication, notification about the information relate to products and services of Major Development and for presentation of the project which the customer might be interested, including privilege, promotion relate to the products, and services, or any change about the Personal Data Protection Policy in the future.
2) For marketing plan, analyze, data processing, including updating and developing products and services of Major Development.
3) For proceeding a wish list such as in case you register for receiving information and promotion, Major Development will only use and collect a basic information, for example, Name-Surname, email address, telephone number for contacting. In case of online booking, Major Development shall use and collect your Personal Data only for reasonably necessary for issuing the material document for making a reservation.
4) Sending to the third party or business partner of Major Development.
5) It is necessary to comply with the contract which you enter into the contract with Major Development or to proceed upon the request before entering the contract such as certification and verifying to register a Major Development’s application for contacting and proceeding related to Personal Data Protection Policy of Major Development only, including the parties that Major Development uses their service such as sharing a location in case of Major Development has used a service for sharing a location of another person. 6) To comply with the law of Major Development.

12) When we cannot use the exception or refer to the lawful basis as stated above, Major Development shall ask for your specific consent for your Personal Data Processing and the project owner will only proceed the Personal Data Processing related to purpose notified and given a consent from you, for example, notification of the Major Development’s information via email, SMS, application, mobile phone, or any other to contact you directly.

3.A request for consent and the withdrawal effects

1. We receive your personal data directly from you through the following channels:
1) In the event that Major Development collects your Personal Data with your consent. You shall have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal of consent shall not affect the Personal Data Processing which you already have given consent.
2) If you exercise the right to withdraw, or the right to not give some information to us, Major Development might not proceed or complete the purpose of this Personal Data Protection Policy. We will reserve the right to withdraw your consent if it is necessary to use data in order to comply with your request for Major Development to process or facilitate for residing or comply with house rules or request for Major Development to present details of any projects to you.

4.The disclosure of the Personal Data

1) Major Development may disclose your Personal Data without consent under the purposes set out or under the law to the following entities and persons:
1.1) A juristic person or any other person that Major Development has a legal relationship with the project owner, Major Development’s partners, employees of Major Development, and other relevant partners, the authorized representative of Major Development for offering products and services of Major Development including other service providers who have the authority to take any action with the Personal Data both domestic and overseas, for example, Cloud service provider or other vendors of Major Development, however, Major Development will ensure that such service providers will manage your Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy and other relevant laws.
1.2) The other persons including their representatives and contractors who proceed with products and services of the company, event marketing, data presentation of the company, including improving the product quality and service of Major Development such as receiving payment, documentation preparation, technological system, document submission, and research, etc.
1.3) Auditor, external auditor, assignee of a claim, and individual or juristic person that Major Development must send the Personal Data in order to comply with the law.
1.4) Government agencies or other legal organizations, regulators, or any person to whom the company must disclose the data under the law, regulation, or other relevant order related to the company or the agreement between the company with government agencies or any other person to comply with the law, order, petition for coordinating with other agencies.
2) To disclose of the Personal Data to agency or any other person, we shall be limited to proceed under the purpose or as required by law only.
3) In the event that Major Development discloses your Personal Data to another person, Major Development shall provide the suitable measures to protect the disclosed Personal Data and will comply with the standard and duty to protect the Personal Data as required by law.
4) In the event that Major Development sends or transfers your Personal Data to abroad, Major Development shall ensure that Major Development has sent and transferred to the destination country, the international organization, or the receiver in abroad who have enough personnel security standard. In this regard, Major Development may request for your consent for sending or transferring your Personal Data to abroad as required by the Personal Data Protection Law.

5.Retention period of Personal Data

1) Major Development shall retain your Personal Data for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose of the Personal Data Processing. The retention period of the Personal Data shall depend on the purpose of the Personal Data Processing.
2) Major Development shall retain your Personal Data for a period as required by applicable law and business practice of each Personal Data. After such period, Major Development shall delete or destroy the Personal Data from retention or system of Major Development.

6. Personal Data retention protection

To ensure the Data Subject for the management of Major Development in order to protect the potential risk which may cause the illegal access, leak, modify or loss, Major Development is aware of information security including complying with the acceptable international standard for information security and business continuity management as well as the requirement of law.
Major Development has preventive measures of the Data Subject by restricting the right to access the Personal Data of the Data Subject by allowing only a person who requires to use the Personal Data and determine duties for the data user who must strictly comply with the project owner’s preventive measures for the Personal Data. Major Development has the preventive measures both in physical and electronic in accordance with the standard measure for protection of the Personal Data.
When Major Development has entered into a contract or agreement with the third party, Major Development will prescribe the data security measure to ensure the Personal Data possessed by Major Development will be secure.
6.1 Major Development uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) as standard network security while transmitted via the internet, including encryption and firewall by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for preventing any data from being detected while transmitted via the Internet. By using this technology, any person wishing to detect or grasp data will not be able to understand such detected or grasped data. Moreover, this technology is also used for confirming the existing of a website.

Major Development will regularly update and test a company technology system to ensure that your Personal Data will be secure and reliable. However, Major Development reserves the right to change security tools in case Major Development considers that the new security tools have high standard and more secure.

6.2 In case Major Development makes a deal with any third party for developing and maintaining system and resource allocation or process on our behalf, the third party must also agree to protect your Personal Data.

7. The linkage to other websites, products, and services from the third party

Major Development ‘s services might link to other websites, applications, products, and services from the third party, they will collect some Personal Data when you use their services. The Right to object the Personal Data Processing: You have the right to object at any time; if the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data are made for the legitimate interests of the Major Development or the others or complete all the tasks for the public interest. If you exercise this right to object, Major Development will continue to collect, use, and disclose your Personal Data only for the exception purpose that exceeds the fundamental rights of yourself or in compliance with the law or prosecution, as the case may be.
The Right to erase or destroy the Personal Data: You have the right to request for us to erase or destroy your Personal Data or the right to make the Personal Data become the anonymous data, if you consider that your Personal Data have been unlawfully collected, used, and disclosed or you consider that there is no longer necessary in relation to the propose under this Personal Data Protection Policy or you exercise the right to revoke the consent or the right to object thereof.

10. The exception of the personal data collection

In the event that does not violate the Personal Data Protection Policy for example,
10.1 Personal Data that has previously been disclosed to the public or disclosed to the public without Major Development's offense.
10.2 Personal Data is disclosed with your consent in writing or any other means.

MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED and companies in its group (“Major Development” or “We”), are in a process of installing CCTV for monitoring the internal areas and surrounding areas of Major Tower Thonglor and Major Tower Rama 9 – Ramkhamhaeng, public areas, footpath, car checkpoint, checkpoint, car parking, elevator area, fire exit or emergency exit and other office areas in the building (“Area”) for preventing person’s life, health, and asset. In this regard, we collect the Personal Data of officers, workers, customers, employees, contractors, visitors, or other any person (hereinafter collectively referred to as “You”) who enters the Area and pass CCTV. This CCTV Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) provides information about collection, use, and disclose of the data which enables the identification of yourself (“Personal Data”) including your rights as follows:

1. PDPA Lawful basis

We are collecting your Personal Data under the lawful basis as follows:
• It is necessary for preventing or suppressing a danger to life, body, or health of yourself or any other persons.
• It is necessary for our legitimate interests or any other persons. The interests herein are important no less than your fundamental rights.
• It is necessary for the compliance with the relevant law controlling safety and workplace environment, and our assets.

2. The purpose of collecting Personal Data

We will collect your Personal Data for the purposes as follows:

According to the purposes stated in article 2, we have installed CCTV in a visible location, and we will set a warning sign at the entrance and exit including the area where we deem need to monitor for collecting your Personal Data when entered to the area as follows:

5.Your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562

The purpose of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562 is for You to control your Personal Data more than before. You can exercise the rights under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562 when the virtue of the right of data subject is effective as follows:

The right to access, obtain a copy, and request to disclose the personal data that the data controller has collected except the request can be rejected only where it is permitted by law or pursuant to a court order, and such access and obtaining a copy of the Personal Data would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

However, when the period is expired, we will delete and destroy your Personal Data.
